Welcome to the Warrantech & Encompass Parts Support System
After careful consideration and an extensive vendor evaluation, Warrantech Corporation has decided to restructure our current service parts procurement methodology to a single source approach. We have partnered with Encompass to provide our parts logistics support; a full line OEM Distributor of Consumer Electronics, Appliance, and Computer & Printer parts with over 50 years of experience in the distributor industry. Encompass will be able to provide real time updates allowing us full visibility of all part transactions while allowing you, the service provider, to toggle between your own Encompass account and your Warrantech Claims Account. With the increasing part costs and the growing need of expanded credit lines among service providers, we feel this new program will be embraced by the service community as they will not longer be required to be out of pocket for the part cost while waiting for reimbursement. We are confident that this change will help further reduce service cycle turn times, while helping to increase our mutual customer's service level and overall customer satisfaction.
