Encompass Parts Distribution is pleased to announce the grand opening of our National Returns Center. Our new state-of-the-art Returns Center will process returns for all of our parts distribution centers. The new returns address is: National Returns Center 775 Tipton Industrial Dr NW Suite E Lawrenceville, GA 30045 We have consolidated our returns processing to enable us to process your returns more efficiently. Our goal is to insure that you receive the correct credit for your returns in a timely manner. We will be transitioning all Encompass Parts Distribution returns to our National Returns Center effective immediately. During the transition you can return product to the address noted on your RA until March 31th. After March 31th, returns will not be accepted at any of our distribution centers. |
