Legally compliant and environmentally responsible recycling and disposal.
The Green Choice Parts Program assures environmentally responsible disposal of all product parts that don't qualify for resale and reuse. Defective parts, as well as plastic, metal and cardboard are carefully processed through third party partners who are compliant with federal regulations, including CERCLA (Comprehensive Environmental Response and Liability Act) and RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act), as well as applicable state and local regulations. Green Choice also complies with data privacy and security requirements as mandated by such regulatory measures as HIPAA and GLB.
